MM Coffee Farm is located in the mountains of San Pedro Copan, Honduras. Our farm extends from approximately 1300m to 1700m above sea level and includes two acres of cloud forest from Celaque Mountain National Park. Various other plants grow around the coffee, including oranges, bananas, plantains, lemons, and limes to give our coffee it’s unique flavor profiles. We take precise care of our soil and treat it in order to fortify the nutrients; guaranteeing that each year our harvests are consistent.
Every coffee cherry on MM Coffee Farm is handpicked with care to ensure ripeness and flavor are spot on. Our employees work hard to help our coffee go from freshly picked coffee cherries to the cup you're sipping. Not a single coffee cherry used to make our coffee has touched the ground.
Our mission is to give you the best cup of coffee you’ve ever tasted, but that’s not where it ends. Fair wages for our employees is important. A large part of the MM Coffee Farm workforce are Honduran citizens who work extremely hard. Their dedication and perseverance don’t go unnoticed by our farm. At MM Coffee Farm, the more coffee produced and sold, the more we can give to our cherished employees. The last part of our mission is to take care of the land. We tend to the land in order to fight soil degradation and keep the land as healthy as possible.
